All Karina Banks jewellery is hand crafted with love and care in Karina’s London studio just for you.

The information below details our production, shipping and returns policies. By making a purchase at the Karina Banks online shop you are agreeing to comply with these terms. Please ensure you have read and understood our terms before making a purchase.

Jewellery Care


Production + Dispatch

Each Karina Banks collection piece is made to order so please allow up to 21 working days for your order to be crafted and dispatched. Jewellery featuring stones may take longer to produce, so please allow up to 30 working days for production.

If you need a piece prior to this then please get in touch here and we’ll do our best to honour your request.

If multiple items are ordered then pieces can be sent in batches once ready.

Items will be dispatched once payment has been cleared.


Shipping

All orders are shipped via a trackable Royal Mail service so they arrival quickly and safely to you. Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and all orders will require a signature on delivery.

All our jewellery is posted with insurance that will cover the full value of the piece. See below for the services that we use worldwide.

UK Orders ~ £8.00 + £1.00 for each additional item

Royal Mail Special Delivery ~ all UK orders will be sent via this trackable service and once dispatched should arrive before 1pm the following day. All orders will require a signature on delivery.

EU Orders ~ £13.00 + £1.00 for each additional item

Royal Mail International Tracked + Signed ~ all orders within Europe will be sent via this service and aims to deliver within 3-5 working days. All orders are trackable and will require a signature on delivery.

Orders outside of Europe ~ £13.00 + £1.00 for each additional item

Royal Mail International Tracked + Signed ~ orders to the rest of the world will be sent via this service and aims to deliver within 5-7 working days. All orders are trackable and will require a signature on delivery.

(Please note ~ Any duties/customs taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Karina Banks cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. However, if an item it lost after dispatch we can provide the tracking number and we’ll do our best to help you retrieve it. If you would like to discuss a lost order please get in touch here.)


Payment

Our online shop receives payment via Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

If you would like to arrange an alternative method of payment then please get in touch here.

(Please note ~ payment of any shipping duties or taxes incurred after ordering are the responsibility of the buyer to settle.)


Returns + Exchanges

If for any reason you’re not happy with your Karina Banks piece then please do get in touch here.

We offer returns on our collection pieces up to 14 after you receive your item, however, this excludes earrings for hygiene reasons. We will require the sender to pay return postage.

Bespoke items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, and all bespoke pieces are subject to a signed agreement between Karina Banks and the client.

We offer returns on our lifestyle items within 14 days of purchase.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on any discounted sale items (including clothing, accessories and ceramics).


Packaging

Each piece ordered is packaged securely to ensure it arrives safely and in tact. Each piece comes with it’s own box/bag in secure shipping box.


Agreement

The terms and conditions above make up the agreement between us, Karina Banks and you, the customer.

Bespoke items such as engagement rings, are subject to an additional signed agreement between Karina Banks and the client. Please get in touch with any questions!
